Smart assignment for functional expertise

There are situations where human expertise needs to resolve issues across systems based on tribal experience. 

In this scenario, an assembly Line Supervisor reported an issue an shipment report for a specific engine serial number indicating an "Unsequenced" status. After providing the Sales Order details, the bot identified a timing discrepancy between MES and ERP, affecting the report's accuracy. 

The supervisor opted for the bot to create a ticket and assign it to an Oracle functional SME for resolution. An email notification was also triggered by the bot to connect the SME and the supervisor.
