TCS won in 8 categories across BPS and ITIS and was recognized as the Best Employer Brand. The BPS unit won in 5 categories: Continuous Innovation in HR Strategy at Work, Managing Health at Work, Excellence in Training, Innovation in Career Development, and Talent Management.
TCS was also recognized as the BPO Organization of the Year, winning in 7 categories: Innovation in HR Practices, Contribution to the Cause of Education, Outstanding Contribution to Recruitment, Health at Work, Diversity and Human Resources, Talent Management and Best Use of CSR.
The awards recognized TCS BPS’ strong culture practices, workforce diversity, talent landscape, inclusive hiring practices, CSR initiatives, and employee welfare programs. TCS also has two unique talent augmentation initiatives - Academic Interface Programme (AIP) and Affirmative Action, which contribute to employability not just for TCS but also for the industry.
