Nurturing talent with Learning Ecosystem

New employees undergo a comprehensive Initial Learning Program (ILP) designed to equip them with essential business skills, hands-on technology training, software or application development, and soft skills.

Throughout the ILP, participants will receive in-depth training in practical technology applications, ensuring they are well-versed in the tools and systems.
In addition to technical training, the program places a strong emphasis on the development of essential soft skills. These skills, which include effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability, are vital for fostering a collaborative work environment and enhancing overall workplace productivity.

We create learning ecosystem for everyone to learn anytime, anywhere using any device. Our associates have access to various platforms, including self-paced learning, virtual boot camps, expert connect, mentoring, hackathons, and game-based learning.

MLT Program helps an associate to stand out in a crowd and get opportunities to leverage their career.

Committed to nurturing and developing leadership in the next phase, these programs are organized by portfolios to cater to learners' specific roles and goals. They cover five essential areas: Behavior, Communication and Culture, Sales, Delivery, Growth, and Transformation.

We offer a leadership workshop named Managerial Fundamentals Foundation for new leaders in the country.

This three-day program is focused on preparing our leaders for the future! It includes self-discovery, reflection on management styles, strategies for excellent business delivery, and methods for creating strong teams.
