Meet Our Leaders
Anupam Singhal
President and Business Group Head, Manufacturing, TCS
With over three decades of experience, he has consistently demonstrated his commitment to customer success by driving digital transformations and formulating effective business strategies. His astute leadership has yielded multi-billion-dollar value to customers and expanded TCS' presence across diverse domains. Among Anupam’s notable accomplishments is the digital transformation of a marquee customer's legacy business, which resulted in TCS being awarded the 2016 Digital Innovator of the Year among the customer organization’s partner ecosystem. He has also contributed to TCS’ intellectual property with the IDEA Framework for Contextualized Touch and Believe Point of Views©. An advocate for diversity and social responsibility, Anupam has shepherded various initiatives for women, providing a platform for them to leverage their talent and pursue a career in technology. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. He holds an MBA degree in marketing from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education, Mumbai, India, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, India.
Manish Mishra
Business Unit Head, Manufacturing, TCS
Manish Mishra leads the Manufacturing business unit at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Australia & New Zealand. In this role, he partners with leading global enterprises to transform how manufacturing is designed, built, and scaled — from product engineering to aftermarket services. From the shop floor to the C-suite, Manish helps enterprises reimagine their operations — spanning design and engineering, core manufacturing, supply chain, and aftersales. His focus is on making them future-ready: AI-powered, agile, and sustainable. Leveraging the diverse capabilities of the Tata Group — across engineering, automotive, aerospace, chemicals, materials, and electronics — Manish co-creates industry-defining solutions that deliver end to-end impact across business, technology, and operations. Previously serving as Chief Technology Officer for Manufacturing at TCS, he played a key role in shaping the company’s innovation strategy and leading large-scale transformation initiatives. His unique blend of strategic leadership and technical depth allows him to bridge vision with execution. A lifelong learner and mentor, Manish is passionate about driving industry transformation and elevating human potential through collaborative leadership. He is an Electronics and Electrical Engineering graduate from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Mesra.
Naresh Mehta
Global Chief Technology Officer, Manufacturing, TCS
Naresh has close to 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Naresh is responsible for defining an end-to-end transformation strategy, operating model, and Digital Solutions across subjects like AI, GenAI, CX, Design Thinking & UX, Cloud, Microservices & Application, Data & Analytics, Automation, IoT, Emerging Tech lines which includes Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Quantum Computing etc.
Subhash Sakorikar
Global Head, Industry Excellence, Manufacturing, TCS
Subhash is the Global Head, Industry Excellence & Advisory, Manufacturing, Tata Consultancy Services. Subhash oversees global business and technology transformation programs across the value chain of manufacturing business domains such as – new product Introductions, supply chain, manufacturing operations, and customer experience management. Over the last decade he has heavily focused on digital transformation and evolving new business models for its clients and technology driven transformation. At TCS, he has advised many leading clients in manufacturing and has contributed to various thought leadership journals, published a number of white papers on digital transformation. With over 30 years with TATA group companies, prior to TCS he has played various leadership roles at automotive business and as National Product Manager for Excavators & Backhoe Loaders managing new product launches. He has been deeply involved in product management, marketing, dealer selection and development, Sales and Service force development. Subhash is Graduate in Production Engineering, holds Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Marketing Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and an advanced diploma Indo-German Production engineering. He is trained at Leadership Development program at Harvard Business School and serves on advisory council of George Washington University. He lives in Troy, MI with his wife and two daughters.

Laksh is the Global Business Head for Smart Mobility Group at TCS focusing on the Cross-Industry trends that are impacting the mobility ecosystem. With over 25 years of global experience as a thought leader in the automotive mobility industry, Laksh focuses on driving TCS Smart Mobility solutions in the Automotive CASE (Connected, Autonomous, Shared and Electric) and multi-modal mobility domains, to address the major challenges faced by the industry.
