In his current role, Balaji is responsible for handling key account relationships and is driven by a purpose of bringing the best in business user experience across business operations during the transformation journey of leading retailers. Balaji has led strategic relationships and provided business solutions and transformation to clients spread across the US, the UK, and Europe. In his over eight years at TCS, he has built expertise in solutioning as well as driving cutting-edge business transformation using a mix of process re-engineering, robotic process automation, process mining, analytics, and AI-based tools.
Balaji holds a post-graduate degree in management and a bachelor's degree in commerce. Before joining TCS, he held various leadership positions at leading retailers, and served as a key account manager in leading advertising agencies. A certified workplace coach at TCS, Balaji wears different hats—being the catalyst for change, innovation evangelist, people's person, and team builder. He is known for his perseverance in pursuits and contracting, working on critical business challenges. He is disciplined, displays attention to detail, and is an out-of-the-box thinker.
Balaji is an avid traveler, 10K runner, loves to read books on varied topics, and has an active interest in the right use of artificial intelligence. He also volunteers at a local food bank.
