David Oliveira

David Oliveira is part of the Insurance domain of the business process services (BPS) group at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). In this role, his expertise lie in the area of pay in and pay out areas. He has experience in varied banking and financial services and is also responsible for numerous process knowledge transfers from onshore to offshore. Prior to TCS, David worked in the telecom industry and has headed many projects involving transitions and operational efficiencies. David is an Economics graduate from the Mumbai University.
