His experience focuses on improving operational efficiency and transforming the business and operating models. Prior to TCS, Mukesh worked with Accenture Strategy and Hewitt Associates.

Over the years, as a consulting practitioner, Mukesh has worked with multiple clients across North America, Europe and South-east Asia on operating models, finance transformation, and service delivery model programs. In the last six years, Mukesh has exclusively focused on strategic cost reduction, helping clients with strategic cost takeout using zero-based budgeting approach.
