In July 2023, Nationwide Building Society encountered a pivotal moment in its operational journey.
The unexpected insolvency of a key communications vendor posed a significant challenge to ensuring the continuity of over 8 billion annual member interactions—communications that are vital for delivering mortgage updates, rate changes, and savings notifications. These touchpoints are central to the trust that Nationwide has cultivated among its members for over 140 years.
