A seasoned HR professional, Sudeep holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Madurai Kamaraj University. He brings more than three decades of expertise in human resources and has held leadership roles across business units and strategic HR functions. He has managed workforce strategies in global markets such as North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
As CHRO, he is committed to creating a future-ready workplace through strategic initiatives, enabling HR to function both as a long-term capability architect and an agile business enabler.
