Anupam Singhal
President, Manufacturing, TCS
With over three decades of experience, he has consistently demonstrated his commitment to customer success by driving digital transformations and formulating effective business strategies. His astute leadership has yielded multi-billion-dollar value to customers and expanded TCS' presence across diverse domains. Among Anupam’s notable accomplishments is the digital transformation of a marquee customer's legacy business, which resulted in TCS being awarded the 2016 Digital Innovator of the Year among the customer organization’s partner ecosystem. He has also contributed to TCS’ intellectual property with the IDEA Framework for Contextualized Touch and Believe Point of Views©. An advocate for diversity and social responsibility, Anupam has shepherded various initiatives for women, providing a platform for them to leverage their talent and pursue a career in technology. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. He holds an MBA degree in marketing from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education, Mumbai, India, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, India.
Sreenivasa Chakravarti
VP & Global Head - Industrial Autonomy & Engineering
Sreenivasa Chakravarti is a Vice President at IOT & Digital Engineering Business at TCS responsible for Services, Sales and Operations. He has over 30 years of cross functional experience, cutting across P&L Management, Sales, Consulting & Advisory Services & Manufacturing Industry Functions. In his current role he is responsible to help enterprises realize their vision of the ‘Connected Digital Enterprise’ and adopt the tenets of the 21st Century Value Chains. Prior to this, he has worked as the Dy. Head for IOT & DE (Enterprise Growth Group), Global Head for Connected Plants Business, Global Practice Head for Manufacturing and the Head of Innovation & Transformation of the Manufacturing Business Unit. As a P&L Owner and Thought Leader, he is focused on addressing the challenges and opportunities arising out of digital transformation especially – - Intersection of industries leading to new service opportunities - Evolution of value chains to become more customer centric and operate in networked ecosystems and the - Impact of emerging technologies in shaping business models and operating models by exploring new sources of differentiation and competitive advantage. In previous roles, Sreenivasa has worked in advisory capacity with some of the largest clients globally, worked in the consulting industry in the areas of business strategy and organization design, and hands on in multiple functions in the industry including corporate planning, channel management and production. He has incubated new lines of business in Connected Automotive (Connected Autonomous Shared Electric), Asset Servitization and Industry Advisory Services. He has authored several thought leadership papers on topics such as Neural Manufacturing, 21st Century Value Chains and Intelligent & Insight Driven Enterprises. He comes with a background in Electronics Engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM-L).
Rakesh Devpura
Vice President & Head of Manufacturing Americas, TCS
Rakesh Devpura leads large conglomerate and diversified industries business unit at TCS. In this role, Rakesh is managing customer relationship and driving purpose-led business growth and transformation. With more than 23 years of technology and industry experience in manufacturing and financials, Rakesh believes in driving business outcome and innovative business model with strong digital core. His expertise involves handling complex business problems of large and diversified industries through agility, speed, innovation and digital transformation. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India.
Sabyasachi Chandra
VP and Head of Utilities Americas
Sabyasachi Chandra has played several leadership roles within the Utilities Industry vertical at TCS, contributing to its growth since its inception. He has been instrumental in architecting large-scale business transformation programs across gas, electricity, and water sectors, demonstrating strong domain expertise and delivery leadership. His experience spans managing client relationships at the account level, overseeing multi-account portfolios, and leading clusters with complex delivery mandates. He has led multiple programs in asset management, including Asset Investment Planning using Reliability-Centered Maintenance principles, Capital Delivery, and Integrated Planning, along with Work and Asset Management. His work also extends to asset analytics, business intelligence, and situational awareness initiatives. Sabyasachi has successfully managed complex engagements using TCS’s Global Network Delivery Model, leading distributed onsite-offshore teams. He has also led IT and process integration during mergers, acquisitions, and demergers, including retail water separation initiatives in Scotland, and has presented at international forums.

Validated issues trigger agentic workflows that classify defects, perform root cause reasoning, and generate prioritized ServiceNow tickets with visual evidence through seamless enterprise integration.
