The TCS IT Wiz at Bengaluru has always been a thrilling affair with schools preparing for months to clinch the title. Teams from all over the city were present at the quiz as Pickbrain unravelled his questions in the prelim that made teams think a fair bit before answering.

The Odisha edition of TCS IT Wiz was bigger than ever before with teams coming in from all over the state. Pickbrain got underway and belted out a tricky set of questions that tested most of the teams.

With over 700 teams taking part, it was the biggest city so far for TCS IT Wiz. It was also a city that does well in quizzing and takes the sport seriously.
It came as no surprise therefore, when Quizmaster Pickbrain started the morning with a fairly tough prelim that tested the teams.

Over 1300 students at the quiz and the auditorium was buzzing before the word go. Quizmaster Pickbrain was impressed with the fact that several teams had come from cities and towns around Coimbatore travelling over 4 to 5 hours to be part of the event.

The Delhi edition of TCS IT Wiz was bigger than ever before with teams coming in from Haryana as well. Pickbrain got underway and belted out a tricky set of questions that tested most of the teams. He did set the tone by telling the teams given the turnout at Delhi, the prelim would be tough.

It was the first city of this season of TCS IT Wiz. Enthusiasm and Excitement were in abundance. Over 900 students from not just Hyderabad but towns as far as Bhimapuram, Kurnool and Kodad were part of the event.

Over 1300 students at the quiz and the auditorium was buzzing even before the word go. Many students choosing to stand outside just to catch a glimpse of the quizmaster as he arrived underlined their passion.

The Kerala edition of TCS IT Wiz was as exciting as always, with teams coming in from all over the state. Teams from Alappuzha, Idukki, Kollam, Kottayam, Kasaragod, Malappuram, Palakkad, Trissur, Trivandrum and Wayanad were all part of the quiz.

Over 1100 students from various schools in Kolkata were a part of this years’ edition of TCS IT Wiz. The city also witnessed school teams travelling all the way from Jamshedpur, Durgapur, Ranchi and other areas around Kolkata.

With over 1000 students taking part, it was the expected buzz of a Lucknow edition of the quiz. As always teams from Kanpur, Varanasi and other nearby towns joined the Lucknow schools in the battle.

With over 800 students taking part, it was a tense setting for the Nagpur edition of TCS IT Wiz. It was also the first time that teams from Bhilai and Raipur had travelled to this city adding to the nervousness of all the local teams.

It was the last city final of this season of TCS IT Wiz. Enthusiasm and Excitement were in abundance as is always seen at Pune. Over 600 students from not just Pune but towns as far as Nashik were part of the event.

It was year two of the quiz for a young, new state. Even a heavy drizzle did not deter the teams from turning out in large numbers for the quiz. Quizmaster Pickbrain started proceedings with a fairly simple set of 20 questions.
