For TCS, the alliance with EDF Energy started out as a maintenance and application services project. Over the years, this association blossomed into a strategic partnership, where TCS introduced significant changes in EDF Energy’s back-office operations, front office customer contacts, and overall IT activities. To enable business transformation in the utilities industry, TCS implemented a cloud platform for EDF Energy’s back-office operations, helping it save £1 million.
