Aloke Mitra

Aloke Mitra heads the customer transformation business for Utilities at TCS. In his current role, he focuses on business transformation initiatives in customer billing, CIS, CRM/CX, customer analytics, and driving new business models. He leads transformation initiatives with top products such as SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Pega, etc., and focuses on next-gen capabilities with analytics, experience, and automation. 

 

Aloke brings in more than 27 years of wide-ranging experience in business consulting, strategy and architecture, and technology transformation globally, across North America, UK, Europe, and ANZ. He has been part of customer engagements and pursuits in the Energy and Utilities, Natural Resources, Manufacturing, and Public Sector industries. He has also led business advisory practice, solution engineering, product and asset development, and industry thought leadership. 

Aloke holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi.
