Dr. Biswajit Chakraborty

Dr. Biswajit Chakraborty is a Principal Consultant with Tata Consultancy Services driving the transformational business initiatives for the Energy industries. He has over 25 years of experience serving as an expert to define and implement the operational efficiency improvement roadmap by integrating IT frameworks with key business processes for the Oil & Gas producers and Oil Field Services organizations.

Biswajit received his Ph.D. in Geophysical Modeling and Impact Assessment of Global Warming from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India. He was a Gold Medalist in the Master of Science & Technology course in Geophysics from Banaras Hindu University, India. He served as a visiting scientist in the Commonwealth Scientific & Industrial Research Organization in Australia and published many organizational monographs and numerous papers in scientific journals and books.
