Dharmarajan Chandrasekhar is a segment head in TCS’ Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) unit. He has over 20 years of industry experience across both property and casualty (P&C) and life insurance. With rich expertise in managing different types of customers and building strong relationships by understanding their needs and recommending the right solutions, Dharma currently manages multiple insurance, payment, and banking firms in the Midwest region of the US. He has over 20 years of industry experience across both property and casualty (P&C) and life insurance. Dharma has successfully delivered a variety of transformation initiatives including some of the largest greenfield development projects spanning policy administration systems and enterprise communications as well as one of the biggest COTS implementations for a large P&C insurer in North America.
