John Counts is a Managing Partner in Tata Consultancy Services' (TCS') Consulting and Enterprise Solutions unit. John currently supports large-scale enterprise-wide companies that need proactive and innovative business transformation to address business challenges, while achieving organizational goals and objectives. John has spent more than 25 years helping customers integrate the 'big picture' with transformation initiatives through implementation of ERP solutions. John also specializes in integration of short and long-term strategy development.
