Per Gustafsson

Per Gustafsson is a consulting partner and has over 25 years of experience in B2B and B2C logistics and supply chain management. As senior management executive at large transport and logistics companies in Europe and Australia, he was responsible for 3PL and 4PL operations, strategy, business development, sales, operational control, and financial performance.

As part of TCS’ Retail business, Per executes logistics activities supporting store expansions, new product launches, network optimization, end-to-end SLA performance, stock optimization, traceability, fulfilment, and automation projects.

Per holds an Executive MBA and a BSc degree in logistics. His focus is on customer value creation, building integrated end-to-end supply chain solutions, and leveraging new technology and automation to shape growth and transformation initiatives.
