He has worked with global retailers in various supply chain areas, including WMS implementation, supply chain planning, building information modeling (BIM), supply chain control tower implementation, labor management system (LMS) and transportation management. He has worked across focus areas including business process consulting, thought leadership, functional requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement and communication, and agile methodology. He has also managed programs from discovery to delivery phases and covered geographies like North America, South America, the UK, and EU. He has mastered the use of AI-ML, automation, and cloud-based services in the supply chain domain. He has been playing a pivotal role in conceptualizing, revamping, and developing critical supply chain solutions.
