Engagement manager, compensation and performance management
Robert serves in TCS’ HR Strategy and Transformation practice with core competencies in compensation and performance management and related technology platforms.
His 25+ years of experience in human resources includes compensation planning and structure, performance management, and job architecture. His industry experience includes manufacturing, consumer goods, travel, energy, financial services, retail, and the public sector.
Robert is a Certified Compensation Professional with the WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals and an SAP SuccessFactors Certified Associate for the Compensation, Variable Pay, Performance & Goals, and Career Development Planning Modules. He graduated from the University of Tulsa in the United States, with a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology.
