Shawntelle is a senior manager in TCS’s M&A Services practice, bringing 25 years of experience in human resources and people/culture, and 13 years of experience in management consulting. Her consulting work is focused on M&A, process development and design, organization change management, along with a strong history in human resources technology strategy and transformation. She has led multiple talent management technical implementations, business strategy and development, and transformation engagements with Fortune 500 companies. These global companies range across multiple industries including consulting, technology, public sector, life sciences and manufacturing, just to name a few. Shawntelle is a people and culture champion.
