Simon Johney

Simon heads the Semiconductor and Hardware Centre of Excellence (CoE) within IoT and Digital Engineering at TCS. He has an experience of over three decades in research and development and has worked with teams spread across India and Europe on the design, development, and support of semiconductor IPs, application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) and system on chip (SoC), and electronic hardware for several companies across different industry verticals. Simon has built and led teams for several customers, managing large programs with end-to-end technology and program ownership. He has co-authored and presented papers at forums such the Semiconductor Industry Forum. He completed his Bachelor’s in engineering from IIT Roorkee (formerly University of Roorkee), India.
