Venkat is the Principal Architect at the Software CoE for Intelligent Products at TCS’ IoT and Digital Engineering unit. Venkata comes with more than 26 years of experience in IoT and edge solutions, embedded systems and product engineering for a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, power and utilities, energy, oil and gas, telecom, consumer electronics, medical, defense and marine, avionics, and semiconductors. He is responsible for technology consulting, strategy definition, leading transformation programs, mentoring core engineering teams, and architecting solutions. He is always ready to experiment with niche technologies on edge and embedded systems and actively pursues adapting cross-functional knowledge to the work he does. His technology and domain experience includes edge systems (hardware as well as software), edge computing, cybersecurity, edge analytics, machine learning on devices, edge networks and industrial protocols.
