TCS automates promotions and pricing processes for Boots UK, an integrated healthcare, pharmacy, and retail leader.
WBA serves millions of customers and patients every day through 13,000 locations across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America and plays an integral role in the healthcare ecosystem.
With their 170-year heritage a big draw, Boots continuously innovates to keep their customers happy and satisfied. Using SAP Promotion Management for Retail, built on SAP CAR in Microsoft Azure, Boots deployed their retail prices and promotions into multiple channels cycle across several promotion types. The regular sales plan, loyalty program, and customer campaigns also carried these offerings.
TCS helped Boots create a proof of concept early in the project lifecycle to allow end users to visualize the end solution and its advantages. Through a series of user stories, Boots started to build the proof of concept into the design and delivery lifecycle.
