Tennis Champion and Entrepreneur
With seven Grand Slam titles, five Wimbledon championships and four Olympic gold medals, tennis champion Venus Williams is arguably one of the most accomplished and inspiring women in the history of sports. Williams’ achievements throughout her legendary career have merited her a plethora of additional accolades, including being honored as Variety’s “Power of Women,” Glamour Magazine’s ‘Woman of the Year,’ CARE Impact Award for Gender Equality, ESPN’s ‘WTA Player of the Year,’ and Forbes’ ‘Celebrity 100’ among others. In September 2009, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) honored Williams with the Americanism Award for publicly speaking up for Israeli player Shahar Pe’er who was barred from the Dubai tennis tournament. In 2002, after obtaining an Interior Decorator certification, Williams founded V Starr, a full-service commercial and residential design firm. Continuing with her love for design, Williams obtained an Associate of Science in Fashion Design. In May 2020, Venus partnered with Credo Beauty to debut an award-winning line of clean, mineral-based SPF products by Venus umbrella. Her entrepreneurship in the health, wellness, and beauty space also includes her role as Chief Brand Officer to Asutra and in December 2020, Williams launched her plant-based protein company, Happy Viking.

Amit Bajaj is President of TCS in North America, the company’s largest market. K. Krithivasan took over as the CEO & MD of Tata Consultancy Services on June 1, 2023. In his three-decade plus tenure at TCS, he has held leadership roles across delivery, customer relationship management, program management and sales with a strong track record of successfully leading TCS’ largest industry vertical, the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Business. As the Global Head of the BFSI vertical, Krithi steered TCS’ expansion into Latin America, Australia and New Zealand. Born in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, Krithi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras and a Masters in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.

Aarthi Subramanian is the Executive Director – President and Chief Operating Officer of TCS. Prior to this, she was the Group Chief Digital Officer at Tata Sons Private Limited, the principal investment holding company and promoter of Tata Enterprises. In this pivotal role, she led the conglomerate's digital, technology and innovation agenda across a diverse portfolio of industries. Ms. Subramanian's association with the Tata Group spans over three decades, marked by progressive leadership roles including several key board positions within the group. At Tata Sons, she was instrumental in ensuring that Tata Group companies harness digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and competitive advantage. Previously she was Head of Delivery for Retail & CPG Business Unit at TCS, she led strategic accounts and major client relationships, driving customer satisfaction through rigorous service delivery and value addition. Ms. Subramanian holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India, and a Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas, USA.
