In June 2016, I began an exciting journey with TCS as a level 1 monitoring engineer. Through relentless dedication and a passion for learning, I advanced to the role of Service Delivery Manager.

In this role, I have made a significant impact by implementing and managing new projects, consistently focusing on client needs and enriching the organization’s reputation. My contributions have been instrumental in achieving remarkable success for both our organization and our clients.

A key element of my growth has been the effective use of the exceptional learning resources in the organization, which have honed my skills and deepened my expertise. These resources have equipped me with essential skills in project management, client relations, strategic planning etc.

I have also successfully balanced my personal aspirations with my professional commitments. My time at TCS has been incredibly fulfilling, empowering me to thrive in my career while actively shaping the organization’s success and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
