During my first year with TCS through the Strategic Leadership Program (SLP), I was given the opportunity to work on a greenfield engagement for a Middle East client. I managed multiple client problem statements under a single program and contributed to shaping the client’s operating and commercial models. I conducted rigorous market and industry analysis and worked closely with the client’s strategic direction, offering early exposure to complex, ambiguity‑driven consulting environments.
Subsequently, I worked on initiatives to develop TCS’s AI offerings, focusing on business case development and contributing to the go-to-market strategy. This experience gave me visibility into how TCS evaluates, positions, and scales emerging capabilities by tightly linking technology, business value, and market fit.
I then joined the Chief Strategy Officer’s office, where I actively drove high-impact initiatives aligned with the company’s organic and inorganic growth priorities.
