The Strategic Leadership Program (SLP) at TCS has been intensely rewarding and helping me grow both personally and professionally. As a business consultant over the past year, I have gained diverse experience in multiple industries across geographies. In telecom, media, entertainment, M&A and data protection space, my work majorly involved delivering cutting-edge digital transformation for organizations utilizing various AI technologies.
From providing growth strategy blueprint to a top Indian OTT player to developing a business development plan for a leading media player in middle east, each project has been interesting and different. Working directly with client partners, I had opportunities to present to c-suite executives (CIO/ CTO) and manage multiple stakeholders, thereby receiving great exposure professionally and developing my problem-solving, people management and communication skills.
Apart from conventional consulting, I have been grateful for the development opportunities within TCS. My learning never stopped, and I have received growth and transformation certifications in collaboration with major institutions, such as SDA Bocconi Italy and INSEAD France. I have also been involved in delivering lectures to the Global Consulting Practice, which added to my learning curve.
Also, the culture in TCS is amazing and encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone, be it winning in Tata group level e-hackathons or providing mentorship opportunities. The SLP program revolves around development in all aspects of consulting, including pre-sales, sales, and delivery, and aims to create visionary leaders for tomorrow.
