Anand Sitaraman

Anand Sitaraman is the head HR for the Communications, Media, and Information Services (CMI) business unit in TCS. He is a senior HR leader with over 21 years of experience cutting across key functions including talent engagement, strategic staffing, and HR analytics. Anand focuses on building high-performance teams, nurturing talent, and partnering with the business to deliver superlative HR services to customers and employees. Prior to the current role, he was the global head of HR in TCS for the Enterprise Application Services business, where he drove several high-impact initiatives.

Anand is an MBA (HR) from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, India.
