Claire Cumberland

Claire is a senior business consultant in TCS’ Retail Business Consulting Services group. She is an experienced transformation leader, energized by providing customer-focused consulting services to retailers.

With over 20 years of experience, she has worked in banking, telecoms, retail, and logistics.

She has deep knowledge of the retail industry, including change management, retail operations, and commercial whilst specializing in space, range, and display. She enjoys new challenges and working with retailers globally to deliver benefits across the end-to-end value chain.

Claire is also proud to be Co-Chair of The Hive (TCS UK), the gender equity network, and is passionate about supporting and fostering inclusion.
