She specializes in M&A with focus on cross-border business operational solutions, process transformation planning, global corporate integration strategies, post-merger information system, and business process integration services.

Throughout her career, she has led multiple domestic and international M&As with post-merger business operational transformations, change management process, risk management, and corporate strategy initiatives. Prior to consulting, she participated in large-scale IPOs as well as M&A transactions at a prominent investment bank.
