Julie Wang

Julie Wang is a director in consulting at TCS. She is an M&A strategy and corporate finance professional with 18 years of experience in management consulting, deal management, and FP&A. She has advised large Fortune 500 clients on integration and separation pre-deal and post close. She has led numerous large corporate initiatives and complex cross-functional M&A engagements. Her expertise has been in supporting corporate finance leaders in target state designing, synergy realization, cost optimization, and organization transformation. Julie obtained her MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business, and she graduated with dual bachelorette degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga and spending time with her family.
