He has more than 20 years of industry experience and has been involved in several consulting and implementation engagements for TCS' clients in the financial services sector. Poonjolai has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, India, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Delhi, India.
