He has 32 years of cross-functional experience, cutting across consulting and advisory services, and IT and manufacturing industry functions. He works on issues of significance to industrial enterprises, addressing the challenges and opportunities arising out of digital transformations. He is particularly focused on the intersection of industries leading to new service opportunities, the evolution of value chains becoming more customer-centric and operating in networked ecosystems, and the impact of emerging technologies on shaping business models and operating models, enabling differentiation and driving competitive advantages.
