Vivek Kulshreshtha

Vivek Kulshreshtha has over 31 years of experience in the hospitality domain, specializing in software development, project management, and team leadership. Early in his career, he was instrumental in developing frontend applications such as property management systems (PMS), point of sale (POS) systems, and event management and business center solutions, along with account receivables software for back-office accounting. His work was successfully deployed in over 40 hotels.

Vivek's expertise also extends to large-scale system integrations, notably within the Oracle ERP framework, where he managed the accounts receivable module and developed integrations between various frontend applications and back-office systems, enabling automated sale and settlement invoicing. He has also led integration teams responsible for implementing the Siebel Loyalty system.

Throughout his career, Vivek has demonstrated strong leadership abilities, notably as a project lead overseeing a team of 60 members, who managed L1 and L2 tickets for around 90 hotels in India. His leadership journey culminated in the role of group lead, where he continued to drive innovation and efficiency across multiple projects.
