Announcement of Date of Board Meeting for Financial Results for Q3 2022-23

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, January 09, 2023, to inter alia:

i. approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and nine-month period ending December 31, 2022;

ii. approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the quarter and nine-month period ending December 31, 2022; and

iii. consider declaration of third interim dividend to the equity shareholders.

The third interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Further, in accordance with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its ‘designated persons’ regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company’s equity shares from December 24, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
