TCS has been associated with quizzing for over two decades, which began with TCS IT Wiz, a 'knowledge Initiative' which kick-started in the year 1999, one of the biggest inter-school IT quizzes in India for students of class 8 - 12. As a technology enabler, TCS has consistently introduced initiatives that help young minds stay updated with the latest technological trends.
Our quizzing platforms have empowered schools and students in understanding this technological revolution through engaging questions, keeping them informed about the growing technological developments in various fields like science, sports, engineering, mathematics, and art.
Today, the quiz has become a national benchmark in the inter-school quizzing circuit, known for its rigorous research, intense competition and sheer participation numbers. The quiz has received immense patronage among the student community, teachers, parents, and educational institutions and has become a part of the agenda for schools across the country.
With this edition of TCS InQuizitive, this Game of Minds is bound to ignite curiosity, foster analytical thinking, and celebrate innovation among students, with each round offering a distinctive mental challenge, wrapped in immersive visuals and interactivity. The edition will travel across 12 cities (Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur & Pune), unlocking one portal at a time, with every city completing a chapter, every round a cognitive mode, and every win a mission accomplished.

Quiz master
Giri Balasubramaniam, affectionately called Pickbrain, is an educator and noted quizmaster. His company, Greycaps, has pioneered educational initiatives across Asia catering to a staggering 16 million youngsters. As a quizmaster Giri has hosted over 3500 shows across 9 countries. He is the only quizmaster in the world to have hosted quizzes at the iconic Royal Opera House, London. Mr. Giri was mentored by none less than Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the former President of India. An alumnus of Harvard Business School (HBS), he is also a masters in Gandhian Philosophy. He was an Indian Administrative Fellow (IAF) serving the Dept. of Education, Government of Karnataka for close to 2 years. He is very dear to us the Amber Valley and many of us look up to him as a mentor.
Quiz master
Rashmi Furtado, is currently Asia’s only professional lady quiz host. An alumnus of the prestigious National Institute of Technology (NIT) Suratkal, and IIM Calcutta she has hosted close to 750 shows across India, Singapore and countries in the Middle East. She is the ONLY lady to have been invited to host a quiz at Kuwait for the last 4 years. She was recognised by Business World as a 40 under 40 personality from India to recon with. She was also the winner of the Quiz Host of Year 2022 by the SMX Leadership Summit. She has been part of this quiz last year too.
