David Segal

Global Head - Digital Thread, IoT and DE, TCS

David is a digital transformation leader with over 25 years of industry experience in engineering and manufacturing. He headsall aspects of digital thread business within TCS’ IoT and Digital Engineering group. Prior to this role, David served as the Global Vice President – Business Transformation for PTC Federal, Aerospace and Defense (FA&D) industry vertical, leading the strategy, business transformation, and industry-based go-to-market operations for PTC Digital Thread technology solutions. Mr. Segal holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE) in Management, Innovation, and Technology, from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Farid Bichareh

Director - Connected Plants, IoT and DE, TCS

Farid Bichareh is a technology expert and entrepreneur with over 24 years of experience defining solutions and strategies for smart, intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation, IoT-IIoT, neural and autonomous manufacturing and innovative optical wireless communication/Li-Fi, GenAI, digital twin, and metaverse. He has co-founded several technology businesses and served as a board member and top executive for many of them. Farid also chaired the Smart Factory at the Industrial IoT Consortium (IIC) for four years and served as a member of the IIC Steering Committee.

Raja Shanmugam

Global Head – Business Development, IoT & DE, TCS

Raja is a visionary leader responsible for driving global business growth, market development, and strategic alliances at TCS, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's long-term strategy and expanding its presence in new and existing markets. His leadership fosters strategic partnerships and identifies emerging business opportunities, ensuring both TCS and its clients stay ahead in the competitive digital landscape. A recognized thought leader in the IoT and digital engineering sectors, Raja frequently delivers keynote addresses at prestigious industry forums like FICCI and CII, sharing his insights on market trends, digital innovation, and technology-driven transformation. His thought leadership is regularly featured in respected publications such as RT Insights, CIO Forum, and RFID Journal, solidifying his influence in shaping the future of market growth through digital advancements. Raja has also been honored with the Tata Business Leadership Award, recognizing his exceptional contributions to driving business growth, innovation, and sustainable transformation. His strategic vision, deep industry expertise, and focus on market development continue to position TCS and its clients at the forefront of digital evolution, ensuring long-term competitive advantage.

Krishna Baride

IT Solution Leader– Enterprise PLM, Cummins

Krishna leads the development and implementation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. He collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and prioritize features. He oversees the entire product lifecycle—from concept to deployment—ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. He conducts regular stakeholder meetings to communicate progress and gather feedback, driving continuous improvement. Additionally, he manages vendor relationships and evaluates new technologies to enhance PLM capabilities.

Eric Froebel

Executive Advisor, PTC

Mr. Froebel joined PTC in 2024 after 35 years of experience in the automotive, construction, medical device, electronic and agricultural industries. As PTC’s Engineering Executive Advisor, he provides guidance internally to PTC and to PTC customers with a focus on product development, manufacturing and service.

Brad Cline

Solutions Consultant, PTC

Brad manages the customer-facing Solutions Consulting team, which comprises Advanced Analytics and Data Science consultants. This team is responsible for supporting the Sales and Customer Success teams in working with customers to apply Advanced Analytics—particularly Machine Learning—to develop solutions that address industrial IoT use cases. The typical use cases they support include Statistical Process Control (SPC), Predictive Quality, Predictive Maintenance, and Process/Batch Quality within the contexts of IoT Smart Connected Manufacturing and Smart Connected Products.
