VP & Global Head - Industrial Autonomy & Engineering

Sreenivasa Chakravarti is vice president for the IoT and Digital Engineering business unit at TCS. He has 32 years of cross-functional experience, cutting across consulting and advisory services, and IT and manufacturing industry functions. He works on issues of significance to industrial enterprises, addressing the challenges and opportunities arising out of digital transformations. He is particularly focused on the intersection of industries leading to new service opportunities, the evolution of value chains becoming more customer-centric and operating in networked ecosystems, and the impact of emerging technologies on shaping business models and operating models, enabling differentiation and driving competitive advantages.

Venkatrajan Venkatswamy

Head of Transformation and Solution – Manufacturing

Venkatrajan Venkatswamy is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in driving enterprise-wide business and technology transformation. His expertise spans sustainability initiatives—including Net Zero and Circular Economy strategies—alongside process excellence through Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. He has a strong track record in technology-led transformation, focusing on operational simplification, automation, and scalable digital solutions. Venkatrajan brings global exposure, having worked across the United States, Europe, and Asia, and is adept at leading diverse, cross-cultural teams. In his leadership roles, he has successfully managed large-scale delivery center operations across IT, BPO, and KPO environments, with a sharp focus on profitability, efficiency, and service excellence. His core strengths include service delivery management, operational optimization, and driving high-performance organizations.

Kiran Rao

Global Head - Strategic Partnerships, IAE

With 27+ years of experience across the USA, Italy, Germany, UK, and India, Kiran brings diverse expertise in engineering, IT, and digital technologies across various industries, covering customer from Aerospace, Automotive, Process Manufacturing (Process & Chemicals, Agri & Food, Forest Paper Pulp & Packaging), and Consumer Electronics. Kiran joined TCS Engineering Services in 2003 and has been a key contributor to TCS's Aerospace & Defense journey. He began his career as a Structural Design Engineer at the Aircraft Research & Design Center in India, worked in Germany as Automotive design engineer and as an Aerodynamics Design Engineer for the Ferrari Formula One team in Italy, before moving to USA. In the recent past, as Business Segment Head, Kiran has been managing IoT & Digital Engineering Services business in the Aerospace, Defense, and Process Manufacturing industry segment growth across Americas. In addition to his professional achievements, Kiran volunteers with Sewa International, a nonprofit organization, and participates in various running and biking events, including half marathons and World Major marathons such as the New York City and Chicago Marathon

Raja Shanmugam

Strategy & Digital Transformation- IAE

Raja Shanmugam is responsible for developing the IoT & Digital Engineering Business, thus leading the global IoT and engineering Sales Teams, Marketing & Analyst Relations, and developing strategic Alliances & partnerships. He enjoys voicing his views and experiences in global forums, delivering the keynote address at prominent industry events and has published various works of thought leadership including an article on realizing business value from Internet of things. He enjoys meeting people and learning from different cultures and that has credited him with some wonderful and long-standing relationships with his customers. He is experienced in Product Engineering, Project Management, Strategy & Business development, Marketing and Analyst relations in the areas of Internet of things, Engineering Services & PLM for TCS. His focus is on finding right solutions for customers’ business problems through Value Discovery Approach and enabling their business success across servitization, operational excellence and improving end customer experiences.

Edzil is a versatile lateral thinker and problem solver who thrives on collaboration and building high-performing teams. A natural mentor and trusted friend, Edzil combines strategic insight with a people-first approach to drive meaningful impact. With a strong thought leadership footprint, Edzil has co-authored five white papers spanning Circular Economy, New Product Innovation, Program Management, and Sustainability. Mohan Gatta

Managing Partner, Customer Experience Transformation

Mohan leads advisory and transformation services focused on Service Lifecycle Management including maintenance, repair and overhauls and customer experience in Manufacturing. In this role Mohan provides strategy, roadmap and business value realization for business transformations. Over the years he has worked in consulting and various business roles across manufacturing value chain in industrial, aerospace and defence, automotive, construction and mining equipment industries.

Mahesh Singhal

Head of Partner Ecosystem, IAE

A senior alliance leader with over 25 years of industry experience, including 14 years of building and scaling strategic partner ecosystems across industrial, manufacturing, and digital transformation domains. As a global ecosystem and industrial transformation leader, he brings deep expertise in working with a wide spectrum of partners, developing large-scale competencies, and crafting strong joint go-to-market and co-sell strategies with effective execution. He has successfully led partnership and incubation initiatives to create next-generation, innovative solutions for clients, while enabling new revenue streams for organizations and their partner ecosystems. His core areas of expertise include partner ecosystem leadership, ecosystem strategy and execution, technology governance, AI and emerging technologies governance, and driving technology value realization.
