This Privacy Notice (hereinafter “The Notice”) establishes the terms and conditions under which TCS SOLUTION CENTER SUCURSAL COLOMBIA (hereinafter "TCS" or "the Company"), with TIN. 900.103.457-1, domiciled at Calle 100 No. 9A -45 tower 2, floor 13, in the city of Bogota, and telephone No. (57601)593-9988, will carry out the handling of your personal data.

Handling and purpose

TCS, in their responsibility for the handling of the personal information you provide, shall collect, store, use and circulate such under technical, physical and administrative security measures with the purpose of preventing unauthorized third parties from accessing it.

Depending on your status as client or employee/collaborator, the data obtained will be used for the following purposes:

If you are a TCS client, the data obtained will be used for the following purposes:

  1. Notifying you about the existence of new products and services, both proprietary and from third parties.

  2. Profiling the clients of the Company based on their consumption preferences.

  3. Sending information about new products, promotions and current events.

  4. Communicating with the clients of the Company with regards to their account or transactions.

  5. Sending information about the products and services of the Company, as well as their updates and policies. 

  6. Promoting and marketing new and existing products and services.

  7. Marketing activities.

  8. Carrying out statistical analysis of the collected data. 

  9. Carrying out statistical analysis, customer satisfaction and service quality surveys.

If you are an employee/collaborator of TCS, the data obtained will be used for the following purposes:

  1. Performing credit risk analysis and asset laundering control and prevention activities.

  2. Carrying out activities to link, train and assess individuals, and for the social welfare of employees along with occupational health programs.

  3. Issuing work certificates, providing work references, managing payroll and making social security payments.

  4. Storing personal data of employees after the termination of the work contract to comply with social security regulations, for the prevention of crimes, and for potential legal effects.

Rights of the data owner

As owner of your personal data, your rights are those provided in the Constitution and in Law 1581 of 2012, especially the following:

  1. Access, free of charge, to the data provided that has been processed.

  2. Requesting the updating and adjustment of your information in the event of partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fractioned or misleading data, or of data whose handling is prohibited or has not been authorized.

  3. Requesting proof of the authorization granted.

  4. Submitting to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce complaints for violations to the provisions of the regulations in force.

  5. Revoking the authorization and/or requesting the deletion of the data, unless there is a legal or contractual duty that makes it imperative to keep the information.

  6. Refraining from answering questions concerning sensitive data or data on children and adolescents.
