Legal & General Expands Strategic Partnership with TCS to Enable Digital Workspace Transformation

 

Tata Consultancy Services to Support L&G in Building a Smart and Intelligent Workspace with a Highly Intuitive and Immersive End-user Experience

LONDON | MUMBAI, October 9, 2019: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organisation, announced that it has expanded its strategic partnership with Legal & General (L&G), one of the UK’s leading financial services groups and a major global investor, to help L&G transform into a digital workspace leveraging TCS’ Machine First™ Delivery Model and design thinking approach.

L&G began its relationship with TCS in 2008. As a strategic partner, TCS has delivered many successful programmes across various lines of business, including an agile transformation, SmartQuote services for general insurance, Solvency II, and Retail Distribution Review implementation. 

The expanded partnership with TCS will help L&G build an intelligent and automated digital workspace aligned to its business vision. Additionally, a highly personalised, next-gen service desk will provide real-time analytics for location-aware services and enterprise-wide social collaboration.
