Sophie Hackford
Futurist
As a technologist, Sophie has given 320+ provocative talks to boards and exec teams on novel science and tech. She is advisor to John Deere & Co on the future of food, climate, and agriculture. Sophie co-founded and chaired 1715Labs: a spinout from Oxford University's Astrophysics Department, labelling data to train algorithms. Sophie was formerly at WIRED Magazine; Singularity University on the NASA Research Park in Silicon Valley; Oxford Martin School at Oxford University, where she raised $120m for frontier-bending research.
Marietje Schaake
Non-resident fellow at Stanford
Marietje Schaake is a non-resident Fellow at Stanford University’s Cyber Policy Center and at the Institute for Human-Centered AI. She is a columnist for the Financial Times and serves on a number of not-for-profit Boards as well as the UN's High-Level Advisory Body on AI. Between 2009-2019, she served as a Member of the European Parliament where she worked on trade-, foreign- and tech policy. She is the author of The Tech Coup: How to Save Democracy from Silicon Valley.
K. Krithivasan
CEO & Managing Director, TCS
K. Krithivasan, also known as Krithi, took over as the CEO & MD of Tata Consultancy Services on June 1, 2023. In his three-decade plus tenure at TCS, he has held various leadership roles in delivery, customer relationship management, large program management and sales and has a strong track record of successfully leading TCS’ largest industry vertical, the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance business. As CEO, Krithi sharpened the multinational company’s focus on industries by realigning the organisational structure into key business groups. He has steered TCS’ strategy for creating the world’s largest AI ready workforce. During his tenure, TCS’ brand value has risen by $2 billion, according to Brand Finance and has been rated as one of the world’s most admired companies by Fortune Magazine. His focus has been on two key pillars: customer centricity and employee empathy. Under Krithi’s leadership, TCS continues to be recognized as a Global Top Employer. He co-chairs the B20 Digital Transformation Taskforce in Brazil and has served as a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) National Council. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Japan, Ltd. and holds Directorship position in TCS Foundation. Krithi joined Tata Consultancy Services in 1989 as an assistant system analyst in New Delhi. He moved to North America in 1997, where he was soon promoted to Regional Manager for TCS Florida. In the year 2000, Krithi took over as the e-business delivery head and was promoted in 2004 to head the BFSI Solution Centre. From 2018, he led the unit to achieve double-digit growth driven by strong momentum in all major markets. In his role as the head of the BFSI vertical, Krithi steered TCS’ expansion into high-growth markets such as Latin America, Australia and New Zealand. Born in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, Krithi received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Madras and a master’s degree in industrial and management engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur. He is a proud father of two daughters and attributes his success to his family.
Aarthi Subramanian

Prior to the above role, Ms. Aarthi Subramanian was the Group Chief Digital Officer at Tata Sons Private Limited (Tata Sons), the principal investment holding company and promoter of Tata enterprises. In this pivotal role, she led the conglomerate's digital, technology and innovation agenda across a diverse portfolio of industries. Ms. Aarthi Subramanian has extensive experience in technology and operations. At Tata Sons, she was instrumental in ensuring that Tata group companies harness digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and competitive advantage. Ms. Subramanian had held several key board positions within the Tata group. As Head of Delivery for Retail & CPG Business Unit at TCS, she led strategic accounts and major client relationships, driving customer satisfaction through rigorous service delivery and value addition. Tata Capital Limited and Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited: Contributing to the financial services arm of the Tata group, she offered her insights into digital financial solutions and governance. Infiniti Retail Limited: Overseeing operations of the retail arm known for the Croma brand, she aided in integrating digital technologies to enhance customer experiences. Tata Digital Private Limited, Supermarket Grocery Supplies Pvt Limited, Tata UniStore Limited: Guiding the digital initiatives of the group, focusing on building consumer-centric digital businesses. Ms. Subramanian's association with the Tata group spans over three decades, marked by progressive leadership roles. As Executive Director and Global Head of Delivery Excellence, Governance & Compliance at TCS, she was responsible for ensuring service delivery excellence, governance of large transformation programs, and overseeing risk and compliance across global operations. Ms. Subramanian holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India, and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas, USA. Her exemplary contributions have been acknowledged through various accolades such as "Technology Leader of the Year" at ETPrime Women Leadership Awards (2019) - Honoured for her pioneering efforts in driving technological innovation and digital transformation within the Tata group, Business Today's "Most Powerful Women in Business" (2016) where she was recognized for her significant impact and leadership in the corporate sector.

Amit Kapur is the Chief AI & Services Transformation Officer at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions. Appointed to this role in September 2025, Amit leads TCS’ AI and Services Transformation, driving adoption of AI-powered technologies at scale for businesses worldwide. He has been driving the company’s AI ambition, strategy, execution and positioning through a unique Human+AI services autonomy model. This underpins TCS’ ambition of being the world’s largest AI-led technology services organisation. He is a strong believer in AI partnership ecosystems, redefining talent for the future and making AI real for enterprises globally. With more than two decades at TCS, Amit has built his career on fostering long-term partnerships and delivering deep contextual solutions for clients. Previously, Amit led TCS in the UK & Ireland, its second-largest market globally. Under his leadership, TCS strengthened its position as a trusted partner and was recognised among the top three for customer satisfaction, #1 in IT services by revenues, and as Top Employer for its people practices in the region. Beyond business leadership, Amit is passionate about community impact. Under his leadership, TCS took over the title partnership of the TCS London Marathon, which is the biggest annual one-day fundraising event, and has engaged more than one million children across UK through the TCS Mini London Marathon. Amit has also played a key role in driving TCS’ STEM education programmes in the UK and Ireland, which has reached over one million students worldwide, embedding computational thinking into core subjects such as language, arts, science, mathematics, and social studies. He previously headed the Benelux region in Europe and was instrumental in establishing the company as a full-services player in the region. He is a member of the British Chamber of Commerce Business Council, the FT Chairs Forum, and has led on conversations with government on technology driven growth and innovation potential for the UK economy while also being active in the UK-India business corridor. Amit holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University. He lives in London with his wife and daughter.

Tim Wagemakers is a Dutch journalist, moderator and (podcast) host working in the Dutch media. As a graduated philosopher and journalist, Tim serves a broad spectrum of socially relevant topics, is specialised in politics and big economic and societal transitions and makes television appearances on a regular basis. He has presented for ABC News Australia, IDFA, VNO-NCW, ING, Stibbe and YPO, among other well-known broadcasting names. He has interviewed high-profile individuals such as Somali-British long-distance runner Mo Farah, primatologist Frans de Waal, former European Commissioner Neelie Kroes and authors Kim Ghattas and Grace Blakeley.
