Here are some of our initiatives of TCS Empowers:
go Innovate Together (goIT)
TCS goIT is a student engagement program that helps students from diverse backgrounds design human-centered solutions that harness technologies for innovation and social good.
The goIT program inspires innovation and global citizenship, equipping students the world over with the skills, confidence, and mindset to pursue careers of the future.

TCS Uruguay, in partnership with UTU, the largest state technical university, has offered global goIT training to students, equipping them with essential skills for a promising career ahead.
Ignite My Future in school
The program ignites the spark of curiosity and problem solving through computational thinking - a foundational skill for successful careers in every sector.
The Ignite My Future program is a pioneering effort by TCS to empower educators around the world with free professional development and resources that help them integrate computational thinking into core subjects such as math, science, literacy, social studies, and the arts.
Enable
The Employability program helps participants discover their potential and develop essential skills for the job market.
TCS’ Youth Employment Program focuses on skill development for young people from marginalized families, providing them with technical knowledge and business communication skills.
TCS Uruguay has formed partnerships with two important organizations in the country: El Abrojo, which will facilitate job training through the Enable program, and UTU, a public education entity that will extend the reach of the goIT and IMFIS programs to benefit underrepresented groups across the country.
TCS HOPE
TCS Hours Of Purpose by Employees (HOPE) is a collaborative effort by the employees of TCS to accelerate social impact, by volunteering towards different causes and serving society. HOPE is an employee-driven, CSR volunteering initiative that encourages associates to support different causes, participate in different CSR strategic programs, or include and involve customers in causes that appeal to them. It allows employees to volunteer their time, skills, and expertise, in myriad ways ranging from educating school children, raising mental health awareness, to planting trees and disaster response to name a few. The opportunities created are centered around the 17 UN SDGs to create long-lasting changes.
