Nishant Gupta is an experienced consulting professional and former entrepreneur passionate about building new businesses, solving critical business problems, customer experience, and supply chains. He leads the Global Consulting Practice GTM at TCS for India, Middle East, and Africa. Over the last 25 years, he was one of the first few to venture out with D2C, a farm-to-fridge dairy e-commerce brand and has professional experience working with leading organizations.

His experience spans the areas of customer experience, market entry, go to market, key account management, sales and distribution, after sales service, supply chain, last mile logistics, D2C, and digital transformations within sectors such as dairy, FMCG, consumer durables, hospitality, retail and e-commerce.

He has also been recognized as one of the top 25 retail and CPG consulting leaders in 2022.
