Pallab is a technology enthusiast, innovator, and seasoned business leader with two decades of experience in software consultancy, design, and delivery. An engineer at his core, Pallab has persistently demonstrated his expertise in crafting innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible in the digital landscape. As an innovation leader, he has successfully spearheaded numerous projects, leveraging a deep understanding of technology niches to deliver transformative solutions that align with business outcomes and drive significant value for enterprises and end-users.

Pallab thrives on the excitement of exploring uncharted territory and has a passion for pushing boundaries and discovering the art of what is possible. Through active participation in research and working with technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and IoT, he consistently enables the delivery of innovative and impactful solutions to complex challenges.

Pallab has worked with major industry verticals, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, travel, and retail. He has been instrumental in leading major technology transformation programs in North America, the UK, Italy, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and India. Before moving to Canada in 2022, he led the implementation of PSD2 and Open Banking for a major retail bank in the UK. He has been with Tata Consultancy Services for almost 12 years.

Outside of work, Pallab loves to spend quality time with his family and takes great joy in watching his two children grow up and flourish. He is also an avid soccer enthusiast.
