Suchithran Padikkal

Suchithran, who has been with TCS for over 25 years, leads the Cognitive Business Operations unit for Middle East and Africa and the Asia Pacific region.

In TCS, he has held various leadership roles across geography sales, delivery and solution units. Suchithran has helped formulate growth and transformation strategies for various customers across multiple industry verticals leveraging three key themes — customer experience, data analysis & insights and GBS simplification.

Being a champion of Diversity and Inclusion, Suchithran played a crucial role in setting up TCS’ All Women Global Delivery Center at Riyadh, KSA. Under his leadership, today TCS has over 900 women associates providing IT and IT enabled services for its various customers from this unique center.

Suchithran is a postgraduate in engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (Madras) and is recognized as a Tata Group Emerging Leader. He is a certified Tata Business Excellence Model assessor and Six Sigma Champion.
