In his current role as the P&L head of utilities, Sudheer has steered the expansion of the business globally, partnered with key customers in their digital transformation journeys, and thereby established a leadership position for TCS acknowledged by leading industry analysts. Through his career, Sudheer has played a pivotal role in leveraging research and innovation as part of his strategy to differentiate and create value for customers. He has extensive experience across the value chain covering architecture, delivery, sales, technology, and P&L management. He has designed and structured various learning and development programs. Sudheer is passionate about diversity and inclusion and has built strong, integrated global teams.
