SKY Cable Corporation embarked on a digital transformation journey to maintain its market leadership as a media and entertainment provider.
Its legacy IT infrastructure included multiple disparate services, which hindered the company’s customer experience and competitiveness. It required an advanced digital platform that could handle large volumes—nearly a million customers, 4,000 dealers, and 2,000 top-ups per hour.
