Tata Sky Ltd. is a joint venture between Tata Sons and 21st Century Fox. Tata Sky endeavors to offer Indian viewers a world-class television viewing experience through its satellite television service.
Ravishanker speaks on how TCS helped Tata Sky ensure an omni-channel presence for end consumers. In addition to Electronic Voucher Distribution (EVD) that serves as a lifeline for the customer, TCS also deployed partner relationship management (PRM), which has two components: PRM sales and PRM service.
