A decade of achieving greater success together
Since 2013, TCS has been a strategic partner in QIAGEN’s IT transformation, helping scale new heights and deliver long-term value. TCS’ deep contextual knowledge, proven technology expertise, and vast experience in the life sciences industry have been key to this strong and mutually rewarding partnership.
Over the last decade, TCS has successfully delivered several critical initiatives, leveraging creativity, innovation, and ecosystems. These initiatives include driving digital transformation programs, ensuring seamless IT application and infrastructure operations, enhancing cybersecurity resilience, and modernizing various domains such as automation, IoT, cloud, and digital transformation. Notable examples include the digital transformation of QIAGEN’s state-of-the-art global research platform, GeneGlobe, and QIAGEN’s e-commerce platform.
TCS has also strengthened the QIAGEN DBS operating model across the value chain, optimizing procedures, IT systems, and collaboration across all stages of value creation to enhance overall performance and value delivery.
Recognizing TCS’ contributions, QIAGEN has honored TCS with several awards, including the Supplier of the Year awards in 2015 and 2016, the Top Supplier of the Year award in 2018, and the Supplier Recognition Award in 2020.
Strengthening the Future
One of key milestones in this collaboration is the QIAbase program (S/4HANA), which serves as a cornerstone of QIAGEN’s digital foundation, streamlining core processes into seamless, globally integrated workflows.
Looking ahead, QIAGEN and TCS are committed to taking their partnership to the next level. The focus remains on ensuring the success of QIAbase—QIAGEN’s digital foundation with SAP S/4HANA, while continuing to enhance IT excellence, strengthen security resilience, and create value in key areas such as manufacturing operations, product portfolio & Innovation and commercial operations.
