TCS has been supporting NMBS-SNCB to deliver a connected and user-friendly customer experience in railways. “We migrated over 500 applications in one year," said Guido. “We deployed an innovation lab and cloud-first infrastructure to better serve our customers.”

We heard about “changing habits of our customers” at other places too and it may be a good idea to internally work on the comparative attractiveness of different SEGMENTS of the customers to different options so that market share is maximized across segments.
